Stuck on something, or spotted a bug? The support form is the fastest way to reach us.
Where to find it
Open the support page from within the app and fill in the form. You don’t need to write a formal report — a sentence or two is fine.
What to include
The more we know, the faster we can help. Where you can:
- Say what you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Mention the page or feature it happened on
- Note whether it happens every time or just once
What happens next
Your message comes straight to us and we’ll reply by email to the address on your account. We will get back to you in a few days.
