Managing your subscribers

Invite the people you love, see who's on your list, and how opt-outs work.

Your subscribers are the people who receive your letters. You decide who’s on the list — it’s never public, and nobody is added without confirming first.

Inviting people

Share your personal invite link. Anyone who opens it can enter their email to join, and there’s a QR code you can show in person or drop into a message.

You can copy the link, regenerate it if you ever want to retire the old one, and share it however you like.

Double opt-in

When someone uses your link, they get a confirmation email and have to click to confirm before they’re on your list. This keeps your list to people who really want your letters — and keeps your emails landing in inboxes rather than spam.

Accept pending susbcribers

If your subscriber is having issues with confirming their subscription to your newsletter, you can also manually accept them in your subscriber page as well.

Manually add subscribers

If you already have emails that you want to send your newsletter to, you can type them in your subscriber page.

Seeing who’s subscribed

Your subscribers page shows everyone who’s confirmed, so you always know who you’re writing to.

Unsubscribes

Every letter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If someone opts out they stop receiving letters immediately — nothing you need to do.
